Curltastic
Curly hair care brand

Overview
Curltastic went after the curly hair market and built the brand to match the products. The brand took on a warm, playful voice that spoke to curly haired girls like a friend who had been through the same hair struggles. Everyday hair advice became a content series that people saved and shared. Every render, post, and reel pulled in the same direction. Resulting in more reach, more sales, and a brand that finally looked premium.
Alongside the product shots, we ran a video campaign built specifically for curly haired viewers. Real testimonials, wash day routines, and before & after detangling clips gave the brand a face and made the product feel proven, not just pretty.
Curly hair isn't one texture, and Curltastic knew their 4C customers needed to see themselves in the brand, not just adjacent to it. As such we built a dedicated campaign around 4C hair care.
To keep the brand useful between product pushes, we designed a series of curly hair tips graphics, quick, scroll stopping carousels covering wash day mistakes, product layering order, and styling hacks for different curl types. These weren't just filler content, they gave followers a reason to save and share the posts, which kept the account visible even on days we weren't promoting a specific product.
We also built out a wall of real customer photos, everyday people showing off their results with the products. It turned the page into something closer to a community than an ad feed, and gave new visitors social proof they could actually relate to.
We also carved out a campaign for parents dealing with baby and toddler curls, a segment with its own set of worries around gentle detangling and sensitive scalps. It reassured parents the brand understood that little ones need a different approach, not just a smaller version of the same product.
A few more graphics from the campaign are showcased below.
